BT Vision is the BT digital TV service combining Freeview channels with on demand and Pay per View content which is streamed through your BT broadband. The two are brought together in the BT Vision V+ box, which takes the Freeview channels and lets you record them or pause and rewind live TV (by temporarily storing the data in the hard drive) and takes the extra on demand content from your broadband connection.
Here's how the packages work on BT Vision - you can select from any of the following individual viewing packs
All of the Value Packs include the TV and TV Replay packs and then you can add any 2 (Bronze), 3 (Silver) or all 4 (Gold) of the Picture Box, Kids, Music and Sport packs. The Bolly and Beyond pack can be added to any of these Value Packs for an additional £6.99 a month or taken as a single pack. The drawback to taking any of these as a single pack is the initial cost of the Vision + Box - if you take a Value Pack the Vision + Box will cost either £15 for a reconditioned box (one year warranty) or £45 for a new one, if you just want the box and, say, the Sport Pack, the box will cost £90.
As you can see another benefit of taking out a Value Pack is the ESPN Sport which comes free with your chosen viewing packs if you pay the one-off £9.99 card fee. This offer also applies to single viewing packs with the exception of TV Replay and Bollywood and Beyond.
