Sky Go
Whether you take the starter package from Sky Digital or opt for a more advanced bundle with premium add-ons there are 4 main elements to the subscription – Sky TV, Sky+, Broadband & Talk and Sky Go.
Sky Go gives all Sky TV customers the ability to watch live and on-demand TV and movies online, and in the case of Sky Sports on an iPhone or iPad app, in line with the subscription they take.
So if you have Sky Sports or Sky Movies in your Sky package you can get all or some of these channels on your mobile or PC/Mac. Only the Sports channels and Sky News are available on mobile devices like the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, whereas those watching on a PC, Mac or XBox 360 can get entertainment and movies too.
Sports on Sky Go
So if you take the Sky Sports Pack you can download the free Sky Go app, sign in with your Sky ID username and password (if you sign into other online products and services, such as Sky Email, My Sky or the old Sky Player, you will already have one) and watch all four Sky Sports channels and Sky Sports News on your iPhone or iPad. Two devices can be registered for Sky Go and you can even watch on both at the same time.
On an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch you can watch the following sports channels;
- Sky Sports 1
- Sky Sports 2
- Sky Sports 3
- Sky Sports 4
- Sky Sports News
- ESPN
If you’re watching Sky Go on a more pwerful device like a laptop, PC, Xbox 360 or Fetch box you can also get these live channels;
- British Eurosport
- British Eurosport 2
- ESPN Classic
As well as on-demand content from Sky Sports, Sky Sports News, British Eurosport and ESPN Classic.
